About Me

My journey into the travel industry began over 20 years ago. Having begun my career with Thomson Holidays, as a Reservations Agent, was promoted within 3 months to Supervisor. I left Thomson’s after 5 years to set up & run a call centre for Sandals & Beaches Resorts in London.

I joined a small family run operator The Holiday Place where I was a Sales Manager for their direct sale call centre, specialising in Cuba, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, UAE Holidays. Together with booking & organising weddings & honeymoons.

Royal Caribbean came calling & this was one of my favourite jobs. Running the UK call centre for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity & Amazara Cruises was an amazing & enjoyable job. This is where my love for Cruising came into its own. The innovation of Royal, Attention to detail with Celebrity & the unique experiences offered by Azamara Club Cruises. Since then roles at Virgin Holidays, Low-cost Holidays together with Elite Island Resorts, I have a vast amount of experience as an Hotelier, Cruise Operator, Sales, Operations & most importantly Customer Service Manager.
Running my own business was always my destiny & ensuring I provide my customers with unforgettable holiday experiences is my main objective.

Speciality Areas

The Caribbean is my favourite region of the world. Cruising has evolved & is no longer for the mature traveller. New, York, Vegas, Cancun, Cuba, Mauritius, Bali, so many amazing places.

Jamaica is my favourite destination as I believe this amazing island has something for everyone. Beautiful Beaches - If you want to laze around all day by the ocean, then Negril has 7 miles of pristine white sandy beach. Montego Bay or Ocho Rios have some amazing beaches. The Jamaican cuisine will satisfy anyone\'s taste buds.

Rum & cocktails. Need I say anymore? Hospitality, Jamaicans are happy people. The home of Bob Marley, Usain Bolt. This Caribbean Island is home to some amazing musical & sporting legends. Weddings & Honeymoons. This is a popular destination for guests looking to tie the knot or celebrate their marriage.
